Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, and shredded coconut.
  3. 3. In a smaller bowl, mix honey and tahini until well combined.
  4. 4. Pour the honey-tahini mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. 5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. 6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. 8. Stir in the raisins once cooled. Store in an airtight container.
