Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pecans, chopped walnuts, and shredded coconut.
- 3. In a smaller bowl, mix honey and tahini until well combined.
- 4. Pour the honey-tahini mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- 5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
- 6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- 8. Stir in the raisins once cooled. Store in an airtight container.
