Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unflavored protein powder

Directions

  1. 1. Mash the 2 bananas.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, 1 cup of coconut flour, and 1/2 cup of unflavored protein powder until well combined.
  3. 3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. 4. Place the balls in the fridge to chill for at least 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the coconut banana bites chilled, around 5 minutes after removing them from the fridge.
